The terms, without inflating what this is.

Asso is a personal system under construction. These terms describe its real state, what stays under your control, and the limits publication does not change.

State of the product
Asso is used personally and experimentally. It is not a commercial service open to the public: there is no subscription, no price, no payment and no service level commitment.
Who this applies to
Anyone who connects their Google account to Asso, and the use of the public surface of this site. The privacy notice forms an integral part of these terms.
Publisher and frame
The publisher, the hosting provider and the legal frame of the site are described on the Legal page. These terms do not replace them and must be read together with them.

What you keep

The decision that commits you stays yours.

Asso prepares, connects, retrieves, compares and alerts. It is not built to decide in your place, and publishing this page does not change that rule.

  • As soon as an action genuinely commits you, the authorization must stay explicit and verifiable.
  • You can withdraw Google access at any time from your Google account, without going through Asso.
  • You remain responsible for how you use the results produced, in particular in an administrative, contractual or financial context.
  • A result produced by Asso still has to be reviewed. Continuity reduces rebuilding work; it does not replace your verification.

Hard limits

What Asso does not do through the Google connection.

  • No sending of email, no sent reply, no forward.
  • No permanent deletion bypassing the trash.
  • No payment, no purchase, no movement of funds.
  • No signature, no contractual or legal commitment in your name.
  • No market order, no trading operation, no action on a brokerage account.

Capability and authority A technical scope describes what an interface makes possible. It is not a permission. In Asso those two layers stay separate, and an action not covered by a current authorization must not happen.

Availability

Provided as is, with no guarantee of continuity of service.

  • Access may be interrupted, modified, restricted or stopped at any time, including without notice.
  • No availability, no restoration time and no minimum retention are guaranteed.
  • Google services remain governed by their own terms and policies. This connection does not replace them and cannot widen them.
  • An outage, a revocation or a change imposed by a third-party provider may suspend the connection without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, access is provided as is, without express or implied warranty. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of a use contrary to these terms, of an action decided by the user, or of a third-party service failure.

None of these limits is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under French law, in particular in cases of gross negligence or personal injury.
